As a financial institution, Finductive safeguards clients’ funds, as per regulatory requirements. Finductive’s clients’ funds are held with credit institutions and/or invested in secure liquid low-risk assets, in distinct accounts, separate from Finductive’s own funds and solely for and on behalf of the interest of the clients. The clients’ funds are deemed to constitute a distinct patrimony from Finductive’s own funds and Finductive’s clients shall enjoy the right of ownership over these funds. Finductive does not hold any rights over the clients’ funds, nor create any form of loan or other similar credit facility between them and the clients. In the unlikely event of the insolvency of Finductive, clients will be able to claim their funds directly from these segregated accounts and are not subjected to the rights of any creditors. Finductive Ltd is not a credit institution and therefore Deposit Guarantee Schemes are not applicable.
